Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to the conditions outlined below and any applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligibility

• Unused and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bellolevia.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or a refund, at no additional cost to you where applicable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for your original order, subject to our return conditions, and place a new order separately once your return request has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
